The Seller Account Panel shows all wholesale lots that your company is offering through Janesdeals Online Service. All incoming questions and orders are listed here.
The new listing will first be in the pending status, which requires Jane's Deals manager's approval.
Your listings are divided into four types which are Avtive Listings, Pending Listings, Hidden Listings and Deleted Listings, and displayed in four tables.
The orders for each listing are divided into six types, which are Pending Orders, Finished Orders, Cancelled Orders, Rejected Orders, Deleted Orders and Orders in Process. To check those orders, click the corresponding order type link with orders number under the listing description in the listings table.
You need to check order status and take corresponding actions for those "Pending Orders".
Here, you can:
- Offer additional merchandise by clicking on ADD NEW LISTING;
- Update information (such as inventory or description) of existing merchandise
by clicking on the link "Update it" in the right column corresponding to the lising;
- Review quantity sold and revenues generated for each lot offered through
Jane's Deals;
- Hide a listing by clicking on the link "Hide it" in the right column corresponding to the lising when the listing is temporarily out of stock. Once it is available, you can unhide it;
- Delete a listing by clicking on the link "Delete it" in the right column corresponding to the lising when the listing is not available any more. But deletion is irreversible;
- Compare the price of a listing with other listings' in the same category by clicking on the link "Compare price" in the right column corresponding to the lising;
- Review orders recently completed;
- Respond to new orders, place a counteroffer, accept an offer, check the status of pending orders, and continue
negotiations with retailers.
