| How to Buy Wholesale Products |
| Buyers may ask the wholesale Suppliers questions about the wholesale lot for sale, make bids or check the status of pending offers and orders. From the homepage, select one of the categories from the drop down menu bar and click "GO" to view all the wholesale products for sale. Janesdeals has over 1000 active bulk wholesale listings and it is easy to search through categories including wholesale brand name apparel, wholesale overstock, wholesale Jewelry, wholesale electronics, wholesale cosmetics, wholesale handbags, wholesale fashion accessories, wholesale sunglasses and many more! Below the photo you can Ask the Seller a Question, bid on closeouts or place an order. When you click the "SUBMIT OFFER" our automated email system will alert the seller that the negotiation process has begun. | Wholesale suppliers can list stocklots for sale, check order status and meet many new buyers from around the world using our marketplace features. From our homepage if you Click "Seller's Account" a window will open that allows you to Add Your Listing. Select the best category, enter the wholesale lot item description and upload your photos. When you click the "SUBMIT" button, your listing will be aired around the world within minutes. | How to Negotiate for Wholesale Lots |
| The negotiation process may take a few hours to a few days. Exchanging email addresses or other contact information during the negotiation phase is not permitted. Buyers and Sellers have complete control over the terms of the contract. All questions and answers are recorded within the e-Contract to ensure both parties are in agreement. Throughout the negotiation period email alerts notify the Buyer and Seller of new offers/counteroffers. Clicking on the link within the email alert will enter the Buyer/Seller back into the negotiation. |
| e-Contract |
| The e-Contract between the Buyer and Seller is created when the Seller clicks the "Accept Offer" button. The e-Contract is automatically generated and e-mailed to the Buyer with payment instructions. Janesdeals escrow service facilitates the payment transfer between the Buyer and Seller to ensure the buyer receives the shipment as advertised. |
| How to Pay |
| Payment for orders is made to Janesdeals.com, LLC by bank wire or cashiers check. Funds are held by Janesdeals until delivery and inspection has passed. Funds are released to the Seller at the close of the sale/escrow (24 hours after delivery/inspection). More About Payment Methods |
| Jane's Deals Auction Fees |
| All Deals will be handled by Janesdeals customer service Department. Buyers will not be able to contact the seller directly. Orders will be processed by Janesdeals and the funds will be held by Janesdeals until the close of escrow. A flat 12% and will be charged the seller prior to release of funds.
Buyers using the escrow service will not be charged on successful escrow closings unless the deal does not close in which case the buyer will given the choice of a 100% refund via a store credit or a cash refund less the 12% escrow fee. The escrow fee is for bank processing fees, introduction to a new wholesale supplier, and use of our proprietary e-Contract Software. |
