The Buyer Account Panel provides up-to-date details of the status of all orders you have placed here at Janesdeals.com. This is not the screen you use to place new orders. To place new orders, first find listings using the Search for Closeouts form on the left of this page. Scroll down the menu bar to select the category and then click on the description of the item you wish to purchase.

You cannot enjoy the convenience of purchasing discounted lots of quality merchandise from our site until you establish an account with us. Doing so is easy, convenient, secure and instant! Registering before buying is necessary because we need to know how to contact you when your orders are approved. If you have not done so, simply follow the "Establish An Account" link shown at the bottom of every page.

Once you have placed orders, you can always return to the Buyer Account Panel to check the status of these orders. Based on the status, your orders are divided into six types, which are Pending Orders, Finished Orders, Cancelled Orders, Rejected Orders, Deleted Orders and Orders in Process. Each order will be identified by what you are ordering. Depending on the status of the order, you can click the order description to review the order or continue the ordering process. The following table shows each possible order status and describes what you can do.
